The representative season offered another opportunity for the association’s leading athletes to test themselves against the best players from across New South Wales independent school sport. A total of 39 players trialed for the 18 Years & Under team and 26 players for the 15 Years & Under team, with selections made following trials at Macquarie University Sporting Fields.
Under the guidance of dedicated selectors, coaches and managers, both ISA teams delivered strong performances at the NSWCIS Girls Touch Football Championships.
NSWCIS CHAMPIONSHIPS
Our ISA 18 Years & Under team secured a third-place finish overall, recording victories over CSSA (6-2) and NCIS (8-2) while narrowly falling to AICES (4-3) and then IGSA (6-2).
Our ISA 15 Years & Under team also enjoyed a successful campaign, finishing equal third overall after hard-fought matches throughout the championships. Wins against CSSA (5-2) and NCIS (2-1) highlighted the team’s resilience and competitiveness at the representative level.

FURTHER REPRESENTATIVE HONOURS
Several ISA athletes were rewarded for their performances through selection in higher representative teams.
In the 18 Years & Under age group, Giselle B (Barker) and Jade P (Oak Hill College) earned selection in the NSWCIS team to compete at the National Youth Championships.
