2024 ISA Representative – Opens Boys Basketball

The ISA 2nds, led by Lauren Dalton and assisted by Jake Fisher, played three competitive games. Lauren’s coaching helped the team win their first game against AICES. However, they fell short against CAS and GPS despite their capacity to challenge both associations.

The competition for the ISA 1sts, led by Will Hill, was also competitive. In Game 1 against AICES, the team started slowly but gained confidence by the end of the first quarter, resulting in a strong win. Game 2 away to CAS, the team had another slow start, allowing CAS to take an early lead. Despite even possession throughout the game, they were unable to overcome the early margin with CAS taking the victory. Game 3 we returned home to host GPS in a thriller. Although the lead changed multiple times, ISA held it for most of the game. Ultimately, in the last 2 minutes, GPS scored 2 quick 3-pointers, securing them the win.

Thanks to Will Hill, Lauren Dalton, and Jake Fisher for their effective coaching, encouragement of sportsmanship, and efficient use of training sessions. Their positive approach before, during, and after each game provided the boys with a valuable experience in the ISA representative program.

NSWCIS Trials

Our ISA 1sts had the opportunity to trial for the 19 and Under NSWCIS team. While ISA selected 9 students to trial for the 16 and Under NSWCIS team.
