ISA is proud to provide a comprehensive Carnival program in Swimming, Cross Country, and Athletics, offering students from our Member Schools the opportunity to participate, compete, and excel within a supportive interschool environment.
We are committed to ensuring all students have access to sporting pathways, with dedicated opportunities for multi‑class athletes to participate in our Carnivals and progress through to NSWCIS and where available higher‑level representation. To compete in multi-class events, competitors must have a current, eligible classification of either a provisional, national, international or review status. For further information on multi-class classification for Carnivals, please refer to the NSW School Sport Unit – Multi-Class page.
Each Carnival forms an important part of the school sport pathway, giving students the chance to represent their school and ISA. These events serve as qualification opportunities for NSWCIS, opening the door to further representative honours.
ISA Carnivals are designed to foster student growth, resilience, and school spirit. They bring together athletes from across our association, creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates participation, achievement, and fair play.
